The role is based in Newcastle on a 6 month contract.

Skills

Expert in using HP LoadRunner (scripts, scenario and data creation)

* Proficient in monitoring and profiling tools and an analytic mindset to interpret the results

* Proficient in using SQL to gather and manipulate data sets

* Experience in using Linux and VMWare

* Experience in non-functional requirement analysis and convert them into test cases and scenarios

* Strong communication skills

Job description

- Work with existing PT team members to identify performance requirements from technical and functional releases

- Scope and plan performance testing

- Prepare and update scripts using HP LoadRunner

- Execute peak, soak and stress tests

- Execute batch performance testing using AutoSys scheduling tool

- Analyse results and present findings both verbally and written reports
