Business Analyst Manager
We are currently recruiting for someone that will lead a growing team of Business Analysts, ensuring that alongside PMO and Project / Programme Managers, BAs are assigned to specific projects and change activities, as appropriate.
The Business Analyst Manager will be required to support and nurture the BAs, ensuring line management and personal development of colleagues takes place. This role will have overall responsibility to ensure that BA outputs meet the expected quality levels from the business, through continual monitoring and improvement of documentation, processes and procedures.

Some key responsibilities will be:
Ensure that the business requirements are captured and recorded by the BAs, along with other project documentation, as required.
Responsible for the leadership and personal development for the Business Analysis team.
Ensure a collaborative relationship with PMO, Programme and Project Managers in resource allocation for in flight and future pipeline change activities.
Facilitate in the creation and agreement of solution design, in collaboration with IT, the business and external parties.

Preferably you’ll hold a relevant and formal qualification in Business Analysis and or/ Project Management (BCS, ISEB, IIBA, Prince2 etc.).
In depth knowledge and experience as a BA, or line management of a team providing analysis activities.
Proven experience of working with business stakeholders, Product Owners and Business Analysts to analyse requirements, develop ideas and design solutions.
Demonstrable people management skills.
Proven track record of project / programme delivery across the full application lifecycle, including software design, testing & implementation.
Ability to manage simultaneous analysis activities across a large portfolio of change.
