The GLA Housing and Land Team is recruiting for a data analytics manager to support the work of the London Estates Delivery Unit (LEDU).

A new London Estates Board has been established as part of the health and social care devolution agreement between London, Central Government and National Health and Care partners. The Estates Board provides a single forum for NHS estate discussions in London and ensures early involvement of London Government partners. As it matures the Board will provide a forum for capital investment decision-making, including business cases and capital allocation.

The Board is supported by the London Estates Delivery Unit, which is hosted within the Housing and Land Strategic Property and Projects Team at the GLA and led by a Programme Director. The LEDU draws on regional and national expertise to support the collaborative development of robust estate strategies and capital business cases.

This role will be responsible for managing the London (health) estates property database to provide specialist and expert data services (including analytics, geographical mapping, electronic feeds, utilisation, booking and backlog maintenance functionality) to partners, including the London Estates Board, to aid decision making.

We are committed to being an inclusive employer and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements. We would welcome applications from candidates who are seeking part time work as this role is open to job share.

In addition to a good salary package, we offer an attractive range of benefits including 30 days’ annual leave, interest free season ticket loan, interest free bicycle loan, childcare voucher scheme and a career average pension scheme.

Application closing date: Sunday 25 November 2018 at 23:59 GMT.

Interviews will take place at: Union Street on Monday 10 December 2018.

London's diversity is its biggest asset and we strive to ensure our workforce reflects London's diversity at all levels. We welcome applications from everyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith or disability.
