Business Analyst (EUC)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (EUC), for one of the world's most prestigious retailers based in London.

The ideal Business Analyst (EUC), will have extensive experience of End User Computing and Office 365 migrations.

Any experience within retail would also be highly advantageous.

Experience

*5+ years' experience fulfilling the business analyst role in IT operations projects, direct experience of projects in the following areas are essential

oEnd user computing hardware & OS roll out/upgrade

oOffice 365 migration

oIT Operations and security management [Microsoft Enterprise Mobility & Security, Service Now]

Technical Skills

*The ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements, an express them as solution agnostic business statements in user story format

*The ability to document AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN v2.0

*The ability to analyse the needs of a project and propose an appropriate level of analysis to achieve its objectives and provide assurance to project governance bodies, aligned to a defined delivery framework

*Excellent written skills with the ability to produce a variety of specifications including logical data requirements, user interface changes, use cases and 3rd party package specifications.

*Ability to perform estimation for BA related tasks.

*Ability to eloquently present findings to stakeholders.

*End to end project delivery using waterfall and AGILE methodologies
