Technical Support Engineer - Office Based (Cranes/Heavy Plant)

Are you an engineer that wants to be off the tools (office based) providing 2nd line support to field based engineers on mobile cranes and heavy plant equipment?

This exceptional well established company will offer you ongoing product training and support on their own equipment to allow you to become an expert on their kit.

Established for 70 years this global company have employ over 400 people in the UK. As experts in the supply, service and repair of specialist construction equipment, they have been growing from strength to strength and are now looking for a Technical Support Advisor.

In this role you will be office based, providing technical support to Customers and Field Engineers via phone and email. Full product training will be provided and there will be opportunities to progress your career further within the business long term.

This role would ideally suit an Engineer with experience in Hydraulics. Looking to take a step off the tools and build a career within a global company.

The Role:

* Technical Support Advisor - Excellent training provided

* Support of customers and Field Engineers

* Office based role, travelling when needed
