£45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + 25 Days holiday + Pension

Driving forward excellent factory standards, technical integrity and food safety are the fundamentals of your day to day tasks. You will be the key driver and pioneer these aspects as well as having robust plans in place to proactively manage these.

This role embodies a technical challenge where you will gain real authority to implement change, leave your stamp and progress your career.

THE ROLE:

*Implement standards throughout the business.

*Manage supplier assurance and HACCP.

*Consistent on the job training.

*Progression to Head of Technical in 2 years.

THE PERSON:

*A scientific degree in food science, biology, chemistry or similar.

*Experience as a Technical Manager.

*A background in food, FMCG or similar is desired.

*Commutable to Sheffield.
