Test Analyst - Contract - 3 months initially - Bristol. (Outside IR35). My client, a leading government department, is looking for an experienced ISEB certified Test Analyst for an initial 3 month contract, based in Bristol.

Working within an Agile/SCRUM delivery methodology, you will be a responsible for the end-to-end system testing.

As part of the Test Team you will:

* Execute manual and automated tests to reliably detect bugs and issues

* Use your professional experience to develop effective test strategies and plans

* Report bugs and defects using defect management software

* Troubleshoot issues

* Build test case scripts for functional and non-functional testing, ensuring an appropriate level of data is available

* Provide testing output reports, as necessary

Skills:

* Experience of testing large-scale enterprise business systems

* Experience of all stages of testing, i.e. system, system integration, security, usability/accessibility, performance and user acceptance testing

* Experience of both automated and manual testing techniques and tools

* Knowledge and experience of different project and development methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and Agile, and the management of testing within them
