Data Capture Solutions is a specialist in document-based capture and process automation solutions and a part of the Neopost Group. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented analyst who can help to ensure a smooth workflow between the implementation and application support teams. You will provide both in-house and remote customer support across server and desktop applications. Investigating and solving complex hardware and software problems; troubleshooting connectivity; and managing network issues (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN and DNS), you will ensure that our IT infrastructure is fully maintained, supported and up to date.
You must combine technical knowledge with good customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 build and deployment is essential, with in-depth expertise in the management and implementation of a range of products and platforms: Exchange, Office 365, SQL 2016, VMWare and Active Directory Management. You need the organisational skills to work effectively in a ticketing system, with the breadth of skills to support multiple, complex applications. Experience in firewalls (preferably WatchGuard), Synology NAS (DSM) and virtualisation platforms would be ideal.
