My client based in Edinburgh have a pressing requirement for a Lead Business Analyst to join their organisation on an initial 3 month contract. Working closely with the commercial team, this role will see you working with the systems team to aid the successful completion of numerous projects. You will also be responsible for leading a small team of Business Analysts and adequately allocating resource to various pieces of work.

The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders in the business including end customers. You will be expected to map and document the different processes within the organisation. Crucially, my client need somebody who has come from a background where their analysis has focused on specific products.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have experience in:

* Software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, verification, testing and release phases

* Agile environments

* Working with challenging stakeholders

* Process, workflow, use case design with UML, Bizagi, Visio or similar tools

* Business analysis in a software product driven environment

* Leading Business Analysis teams
