Product Manager

A product manager is responsible for designing and ensuring that the client's services are developed and maintained meet market and customer requirements. He/she is the internal and external champion of the client's services and is responsible for ensuring the success of our services.

The product manager. Works closely with operations, marketing, sales organisation's, and pre-sales organisations.

Essential responsibilities:

* Documents and manages the customer requirements and manages prioritisation process for long-term road-map.

* Manages product definition by providing (and refining as necessary) epics, user stories, functionality descriptions, requirements, specifications and other information necessary for price estimation, prototype builds and product development.

* Ensures that product requirements meet and support long-term feature needs.

* Assists with training.

* Works with marketing to identify and compile information and analysis to make better decisions regarding products, markets, and customers.

* Maintains competitive information and analysis and distributes as needed.

* Ensures documentation and training material and helps in fulfilling training needs.

* Documents and manages the customer requirements and manages prioritisation process for long-term road-map.

* Writes up and presents customer requirements and functional specifications for monthly product review meeting.

* Works with marketing to develop and ensure accuracy of service-related marketing materials including presentations, positioning statements, and other marketing documentation.

Qualifications:

* Security industry experience highly desirable.

* 3-5 years previous work in product management or technical role.

* Ability to provide leadership and direction across the organisation.

* Good writing skills.

* Strong organisational skills.

* Excellent presentation skills.

Contract Role:

3 months (initial)
