Role description

Post-sales contract management & commercial lead role, responsible for day-to-day management of the MSA, all the underlying SoWs, and the change requests that affect scope.

Requirement skills

Need someone who is disciplined, assertive, practical, understands contract management inside out, has an excellent command of the English language (written in particular), and is motivated to get in and roll up his or her sleeves. Someone who understands and knows how to deal with delivery and service credits, understands the concept of balancing asks and demands over delivery to obtain a good negotiating position.

A commercial lead who is happy to do post-sales contract management stuff would also work (as long as they've done some of it before!).

Technology category experience would be good, but telecoms is a suitable alternative (or anything else that is typically high-value).

Sell-side experience is particularly helpful/desirable - someone who has only worked on buy-side may need additional support.

Paralegal background is helpful.
