Experis are currently recruiting to a great opportunity to join a global data intelligence organisation based in London on a 12 month FTC basis as a Customer Trainer.
The purpose of the role is to support the development, execution, implementation and roll-out of a key customers case management & e-filing system. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Senior Trainer and users at varying levels to ensure that all users are able to utilise our clients' systems effectively.
Typical responsibilities include creating and updating various training materials (both text and elearning) assisting with implementation activities, and providing input into processes and planning to ensure effective delivery for the solution.
We are very eager to speak to candidates with varied training experience; providing training for stakeholders as well as end users. You will have demonstrable experience in training on software/business systems, and ideally will have experience of Adobe Captivate (though not essential.)
