Senior Business Analyst - Digital Services

We are looking for two Senior Business Analysts for leadership roles within an agile delivery environment. You will be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong track record as an analyst, perhaps in knowledge management or information services.

You will work collaboratively as part of an Agile multidisciplinary team made up of some truly excellent digital professionals working closely with stakeholders throughout the development cycle, on business transformation projects that have national impact. Our technologies and methods are always moving forward and the variety of people you will work with both inside and beyond NICE will challenge and inspire.

What you will bring to NICE

Significant experience of business transformation and development of new functionality and services - in knowledge and data management, information services or an on-line consumer/business-facing service.

Strong knowledge of tools and processes used in application development projects (architecture, data modelling, testing, estimating etc.) and expertise in Agile business analysis methods.

People management and influencing skills to build relationships, explain strategies write user stories/use cases and translate business language between teams.

The ability to optimise the alignment of process and system design with the objectives of NICE
