We are currently looking for a IT Delivery Manager for our energy client in Düsseldorf

Background:

The System Harmonization Project (referred to as "SHARP"), with focus on the Client's Global

Commodities Power business, aims to deliver an aligned, harmonized and future focused

landscape. The objective of the SHARP programme is to deliver a structured

and aligned investment across the Power Dispatch and Short-term Trading landscape.

SHARP intends to realise the following benefits for Client:

- Reduced operational costs via harmonization of applications and support models

- Delivery of the capabilities to support the evolving business

- Responsive delivery of changes with a minimal time to market and lower overall project cost

- High proportion of standard Software for better IT strategy fit and lower operation risks

The Programme is the implementation project for the Central European landscape with specific

focus on Germany and Hungary. It will replace relevant systems to optimize and steer Assets

within the Client's Power portfolio. Duration of the project: 01.01.2018 until 31.12.2019.

Tasks:

The requested consultant shall support the Power Business in the following tasks:

- Knowledge on Business Teams and priorities

- Ensure business requirements are covered by the project scope

- Steer quality of delivery and fulfilment of business requirements

- Coordinate and ensure business relevant configuration

- Manage the User testing in coordination with the Client IT project manager, e.g. UAT Planning

and Test Strategy

- Manage all business stakeholders and closely cooperate with Client IT project manager

- Track and Escalate severe issues to business representative and project management

- Status reporting, dependency management and risk assessments

Skills:

- IT Delivery Management experience

- Strong stakeholder Management experience

- Experience in managing user testing (UAT Planning, Test strategy)

- Strong knowledge in risk management

- Project Management experience

- Experience in Energy / power business
