Nigel Frank International are working with a leading international financial institution who are looking to recruit a Service Level Manager on a permanent basis.

This role is based out of the companies exciting technology hub in Knutsford.

In order to be successful in your application for this position you must be able to demonstrate strong prior experience in Service Level Management - as it relates to ensuring documentation relating to service, and any other relevant information, is both managed and maintained - this includes SLAs (service level agreements), service hierarchy and the delivery of services through Operating Level Agreement and Underpinning Contracts.

Candidates should hold an ITITL foundation certificate - and experience with service related topics (Service Level Management/Continious Service Improvement/Service Strategy).

Experience of working in a global organisation would be highly advantageous and experience spanning across infrastructure, applications, operational environments and any experience of end user and collaboration technologies.

Efficiency and knowledge with regards to service management and delivery best practices is essential.

This role reports into the Service Lead within the business - and the role itself will require you to be able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent service.

An ability to understand risks across the business is essential - and any experience with supplier management would be highly advantageous.

The role itself sits within the SharePoint side of the business and any experience with SharePoint would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided.

The business will be rolling out a migration to Office 365 in the future so this is an exciting time to join and work on a large project of this nature.
