Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading ICT Services Clients who are seeking a individual with 1st line support experience to join their team

Role: Device Support Technician

Location: Shire Hall Warwickshire

3 month contract

To be considered for this role you must have the ability to

*Provide advice and resolving IT issues where possible and escalating unresolved calls where necessary

*Liaise with 3rd parties companies on behalf of our customers

*Assist users to make more effective use of desktop systems, products and services, making detailed diagnosis of problems and advising known solutions where applicable

*Configure smartphones and tablets to use with Google Mail

*Using standard procedure and tools carry out defined tasks associated with the planning ,installation, upgrade, operation, control and maintenance of wide area of networks for communication of data, text, or images within one or more computer systems

*Investigate diagnose and resolve low impact network problems within service level agreement

*Carry out required monitoring , logging and reporting tasks.

*Ability to take action on known errors and document workarounds

*Install and remove hardware and/or software using supplied test procedures and diagnostic tools , having the ability to resolve problems and faults and correct malfunctions
