Quality Manager

£40'000 - £50'000 + Excellent Benefits Package

Are you a Manager, with experience of Manufacturing in Asia, looking to manage the quality department and implement the latest standards for both UK and overseas operations?

This is a rare opportunity to put your own stamp on this rapidly expanding company by growing the department, implementing ISO 9001 and carrying out quarterly visits to China to ensure standards are being maintained.

This ground breaking business now supply to numerous major retail outlets around the world and are now looking for an experienced Quality person to help take them to the next level.

On offer is a varied role where you will have one direct report in the UK as well as a team of 3 in China. You will also be responsible for signing of product quality before manufacture and ensuring subcontractor quality audits are in place.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer / Manager looking to join a highly successful business where you can develop the quality team and implement the latest quality standards.

The Role:

*Managing one direct report in the UK and 3 overseas

*4 visits to China a year of between 1 to 2 weeks

*Implementing & maintaining ISO 9001

*Ensuring products meet correct levels of quality before manufacture

The Person:

*Quality Engineer / Manager

*Experience of manufacturing in Asia

*ISO 9001 experience

*Happy to travel to China 4 times a year
