Service Desk Analyst with helpdesk experience or an IT graduate needed for a 1st/2nd line fixed term contract role for the next 12 months in Central Bristol.

The client is a well know business based in central Bristol, less than a 5 minute walk from Temple Meads train station. They require a service desk analyst for a fixed term contract as the role is urgent and will come with the possibility of permanent at the end. You will be working with customer facing IT Systems, including Office365, VMWare Horizon 7, Desktop Central and Sophos, for over 400 employees. Experience with these would be ideal however if you are looking for your first role in IT out of university this would also be ideal.
Key skills:
Established working experience of Microsoft Windows operating systems
Proven technical problem solving, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Gained previous experience in a similar Service Desk / IT Support role
Proven outstanding customer service skills
