IT Support Engineer

£24'000- £25'000 + Progression into 3rd + Training + Pension + Holidays

Are you a 1st /2nd line support engineer and looking for realistic progression into 3rd line support whilst being recognised as the onsite specialist for IT?

Based in Irvine, you will be responsible for full onsite support across 1st and 2nd line including; Helpdesk, desktop, laptops, phones, active directory, Citrix, network, servers, windows, emails (Gmail) etc. As the onsite IT specialist you will work with 1 other application support engineer and be supported remotely by senior management in the US and Sheffield. Progression into 3rd line is available through training and development.

The Person

* 1st and 2nd line support experience

* Windows experience

* Office or Gmail experience

* Active directory experience

* Network, server and Citrix Knowledge would be an advantage but NOT essential.

* Looking to become the 'GO TO' expert in IT.

* Looking to technically progress and is passionate about technology
