A global advertising group is looking to hire an Applications Manager to take ownership of their ERP, HRIS and other supporting software. The role will be responsible for leading all upgrades, driving improvements to the systems, managing new developments, ensuring data integrity and building relationships with key suppliers to ensure value. They will support the integration of these systems into new acquisitions and will be the global lead across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the smooth operation of our group HRIS and group ERP together with supporting systems including integration software

- Constantly reviewing systems for improvements focusing on the supporting infrastructure to the main operational platforms

- Supporting implementation and adoption of operational systems to group acquisitions to meet group quality & reporting standards

- Being the central point of contact for contract negotiations ensuring the business achieves the best value for money

- Ensuring supplier contracts are compliant to the relevant regulatory frameworks

- Supporting the development & changes to MI by adjusting data flows and calculations in the relevant systems

- Managing internal communications across the group for system upgrades & features

- Identifying system issues or inefficiencies for system development.

- Supporting and advising on system development requested by senior management

- Managing the scope, budget & testing on system development

- Completing an impact assessment of any material changes. Developing and maintain a change management process

- Maintaining the production & demo environment

- Identifying and resolving any issues before signing off production upgrades

- Developing & maintaining advanced & basic user manuals and provide training to HR & Finance leads

- Being the key contract with each system provider to manage upgrades, both production & test environments, licensing & contract renewals

Candidate requirements:

If yes, we are looking for somebody who can demonstrate:

- At least 4 years HCM, HRIS & or ERP systems experience

- The ability to understand, manage & maintain data flows and processes between multiple systems

- Experience of managing operational system change in a global business

- Effective communication skills

- Some Financial systems experience (but this is not critical)
