Presales Consultant/ Architect - Microsoft Technology

* Negotiable Rates

Role:

* Deliver Pre and post-sales support to Sales in region.

* Provide technical advice and guidance to Sales teams on Usage and Adoption

* Resolve escalations related to Eligibility, Engagement Issues

* Deliver targeted Field readiness sessions to the regional Sales team

* Support the Sales teams remove barriers to usage, explaining, demonstrating, and proving what FastTrack for M365 can do to enable their customers digital transformation

* Deliver technical readiness sessions, webinars and customer sessions to coach and drive Microsoft field readiness and education

* Coach to remove technical, competitive and security blockers to accelerate Microsoft 365 engagement and adoption

* Be the technical subject matter expert for Microsoft 365

Qualifications

* Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written English language, benefit with second (local) language.

* Team player, able to collaborate and load balance with 2 peers in other regions.

* Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning

* Substantial experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting roles

* Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required

* Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred

* Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology.

Certification in the following is highly desirable:

* Windows and Office 365 client technologies (MCSA or MCSE)

* information security (CompTIA, CEH, CISSP, CISAM)

* IT Infrastructure Architecture (CITA, MCA, MCSE)

* Virtualization solutions (MCITP, MCSE)
