Are you a Continuous Improvements Engineer, looking to step up and take full responsibility for implementing the latest lean manufacturing techniques for a rapidly expanding food manufacturer?

On offer is a highly autonomous role where you can have a major impact on this well-established company and progress in to management in the future.

This is a great time to join this market leading business as they continue to grow and open up further senior roles with in the business.

You will be introducing news standards, monitoring productivities, increasing out puts, reducing waste and reporting directly to the head of engineering.

This role would suit an ambitious Continuous Improvements Engineer, looking to have a real impact on a highly successful business offering a free reign and future progression.

The Role:

*Implementing the latest lean manufacturing techniques

*Responsible for increasing out put and lowering waste

*£30,000 - £35,000, Mon - Fri, Days based role

The Person:

*Continuous Improvements Engineer

*Food / FMCG background

*Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
