My client are an award winning, multi-faceted software house based out of Central London. They are a relatively young company who have been in business for just over 5 years, in that time they have perfected their product and have recently secured their 2nd round of funding and are looking to invest this money in taking the business to the next level.

With that in mind the first hire they are looking to secure is an individual capable of leading their technical team as they continue to grow.

Essential Skills:

- Proven record of tech leadership in an SME/ Start-up environment

- Management of Development Teams, both on-site and offshore

- Technical/ Development Background

- Excellent Delivery Management Experience

- Comfort working with Cross-discipline Teams

For this role my client is looking to compensate the ideal candidate with a generous salary of £80,000 - £90,000 + benefits and very real scope for career progression as the company expands over the coming years. They are based in Central London so are easily commutable from Greater London and the majority of the home counties.
