What we do

Mason Frank Tech Academy provides a fast-track route into Salesforce for those with a background in IT or programming. Our intensive six-week training course will build upon the skills you learned at university to transform you into a certified Salesforce Developer.

After successfully completing the training course, based in London, you will be placed with one or more of our top Salesforce clients across the UK as a Junior Salesforce Developer. We are the global leader in Salesforce recruitment, and the unique relationships we hold with Salesforce Partners and customers will prove invaluable for your career development.

The ideal applicant

Applicants will ideally have a degree in a relevant IT or Computer Science (minimum 2:2).

This role would be perfect for those with Java or C# development experience, object-orientated programming experience, and experience in SQL and JavaScript.

Ideal applicants will ideally have at least a year of commercial experience.

Salesforce has a polished, easy-to-use customer interface and is utilised across a wide spectrum of industries. Therefore the ability to approach new challenges with ideas and enthusiasm is an essential character trait.

We also value good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical ability, and flexibility in travelling to meet clients when required.

Your training will take place in our London office, which is just a short distance from Tower Bridge; an ideal location for public transport links and local amenities.

Salary

Once you have completed your training and gained two Salesforce certifications, you'll work for us from our London office until we place you with Salesforce clients across the UK and negotiate you a lucrative salary based on your previous experience and new expertise. A junior-level Salesforce Developer in the UK tends to earn around £50k.
