Software Architect (Java) - A niche tech company in Luton are in search of an experienced Software Architect (Java) to come on board and help perfect their system processes. The Software Architect (Java) will have the chance to architect bespoke software systems including complete system design, client liaison to agree requirements, overseeing development process and finalising with integration and test campaigns.

We are offering the Software Architect (Java):

* Technical management of a talented team of developers

* Point of contact for high-profile clients

* Presenting milestone technical reviews including design, acceptance and test

* Software development (java, web apps, linux) - being required, from time-to-time, to be hands on including coding, providing code review and validation.

A key part of this Software Architect (Java) role is to lead the development teams through the complete development lifecycle including, requirements, design, development, integration and test. The Software Architect (Java) will also have the opportunity to play an integral part of winning new work for the company. This will include technical proposals, full lifecycle estimation and solution specification.
