SQL DBA, SQL Database administrator, SQL Server DBAThis is a great opportunity for an experienced DBA - Database Administrator to join an award winning organisation based in Denbighshire, taking ownership of the performance, integrity and security of company and client data with SQL database.As part of your role as DBA - Database Administrator you will be responsible forDatabase Management:

Installing and upgrading the database server and application toolsCapacity planningSupporting users and the tools they use to access data - SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects and Power BIModifying the database structure, as necessary, from information given by application developersEnrolling users and maintaining system securityMonitoring and optimizing the performance of the SQL databaseBacking up and restoring databasesGenerating various reports by querying from database as per need.Developing stored procedures and functions

Applicants should have previously worked in a similar position as a SQL DBA, SQL Database administrator, SQL Server DBA, and have the following skills and Qualifications:

Educated to Degree level within an IT related subjectSQL, SSRS, SSIS and Tableau'€¢Knowledge of Crystal Reports

This role would suit anyone who has previously worked as a SQL DBA, SQL Database administrator, SQL Server DBA in addition to the skills listed above.If you have the essential criteria outlined and are keen to join an award winning organisation in the Denbighshire area with a salary of up to £31,000 with 25 days annual leave (+ Bank Holidays), Matching Pension contributions, and onsite parking.
