Role: Source to Contract Global Process Owner

Location: Various possible sites in the UK

Perm: £55,000 - £70,000 + Package

The role:

Our leading client requires a Source to Contract / Business Process Leader with the ability to own and develop all business processes relating to Source to Contract and Supplier Management Procurement Business Process.

Key Skills

Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the current Business Process and Systems as well as drive improvement in Procurement, Engineering and Finance Systems and Processes

Provides detailed functional and technical expertise on the Source to Contract and Supplier Management processes through in-depth understanding of the best practice and the latest developments in solutions and approach

promote end-to-end business process management across the business globally

Own and improve Process documentation, process controls, reports, training and testing in accordance to the location and business area

Own and improve process controls to prevent fraud, waste and inconsistencies while minimising risks; this will include responsibility for the implementation of BilMoG

Supports the SAP Rollout by driving process standardisation

Expert knowledge of E-Procurement / p2p systems (Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Bravo)

Support the delivery of the training documentation

Ensure end to end consistency of the procurement processes. Cooperate with BPM's across Procurement, Engineering and Finance to drive overall ERP process quality improvements

Experience with SAP Material Management (SAP MM) modules

Desirable:

Regular (Monthly) European travel to be expected

Multilingual candidate would be advantageous
