Senior DevOps Engineer

£50,000 - £70,000 DOE

City of London

This fast-growing organisation uses artificial intelligence to help their clients overcome the challenges they face with their digital strategies. Research driven, they have built things that others have ruled out as impossible. This is an exciting time for a Senior DevOps Engineer to become a part of their hard-working and valued team.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver development, security and cost improvements through the intelligence application of DevOps principles.

Key Skills / Requirements

-Full-Time Development Experience

-Managing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Environments

-Excellent understanding of AWS services

-Excellent understanding of *nix command line functionality

-Knowledge of software security and common exploit methodologies

-Agile Development

-DCVS

-2:1 Degree in STEM subject

Desirable Skills / Requirements

-Experience with RESTful Web Services

-Infrastructure as code tool chains

-Creating automated test environments

Technologies / Environment: OO Language (Java, C#, C++, checkstyle, TDD, Jenkins, TavisCI, AWS (EC2, Elastichache, RDS, CodePipeline) *nix, Scrum, Kanban, RESTful, Chef, Vagrant, Docker, React, Backbone.js, CSS, HTML5
