Health and Safety Supervisor

Manchester

£35,000-£40,000 + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a NEBOSH certified health and safety engineer to join a multinational organisation offering long term stability, on a days based role within the company's brand new facilities.

In this role you will implementing new policies and procedures into the factory, training new members of staff during inductions and up-skilling existing staff on all things health and safety. You will also carry out audits, accident reports and monitor health and safety KPI's. You will also occasionally have to travel to this company's other depots, predominantly in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a health and safety role and have experience in the plant, aerospace, automotive, marine, heavy industries or similar. A successful applicant will hold a NEBOSH certificate and have a history of implementing health and safety policies. Any applicants that possess a degree in an engineering discipline are encouraged to apply but is not essential.

The Role:

*Carrying out health and safety audits

*Conducting accident reports and investigations

*Monitor health and safety related KPI's

*Occasional travel to other sites, mostly Scotland

The Person:

*NEBOSH certified

*Has a history in implementing health and safety policies

*Come from the plant, aerospace, automotive, marine, heavy industries or similar industries

*Degree qualified applicants are encouraged to apply but not essential
