Day Rate: £200
2nd Line Support Engineer - We are actively seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a Multi-Award Winning Cloud Hosting Company based in Hertfordshire for a 3 month period. As the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be working within the Infrastructure Support Team that is responsible for the operations of customer and internal systems.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be working with Servers, Networks, Storage and Applications therefore previous experience with Infrastructure Support is essential. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will also need experience of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Infrastructure Support and Independent Troubleshooting. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will need to come from a technical background and be able to communicate effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain more experience within 2nd Line Support.
Key Skills for the 2nd Line Support Engineer:
* Solid experience working within an Infrastructure Support environment.
* Experience of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Infrastructure Support and Independent Troubleshooting.
* Attention detail and quality.
* Excellent communication skills are vital.
