Senior Research Engineer / South West / £30-40ph / Medical Devices / 12 Months

Location: South West

The Project:

A medical device organisation based in the South West now has a requirement for a Senior Research Engineer to join their organisation on a 12 month contract. The Research Engineer will be bought on to solve R&D problems related around materials associated to their devices. You will be liaising very closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Operations.

The Task:

* Identify and close gaps to meet MDR

* Develop and Implement materials test

* Create process descriptions and work instruction

* Perform Statistical Data Analysis

Key Skills

* Experience in corrosion and degradation testing

* Familiar with MDR Requirements

* Familiar with materials characterization and biological evaluation per ISO 10993
