My client is looking for a Senior Front - End Developer for their redevelopment programme, their new MIS solution will run on Amazon Web Service (AWS). The solution will make use of a 3-tier architecture with clear separation of user front end, application layer and data layer.

Required Experience

* Minimum 5 years of front end web development

* Angular experience - 2-3 years

* Detailed knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, Express.js, Node.js, React)

* Excellent CSS and HTML skills

* Experience of setting web design and development standards (e.g. accessibility, security, responsive design)

* Experience of designing large scale web solutions, microservices and service oriented architectures

* Strong communication skills

* Mentoring and knowledge sharing with others

Desirable Experience

* Experience of working with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)

* Exposure to wider AWS technologies (e.g. API Gateway, Lambda, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy)

* Experience of creating enterprise-grade Java applications

* Experience of working with web service technologies

Start date: ASAP

Rate: £500-600 per day

Location: Hamilton (Scotland)

Duration: 6 months (likilhood of extension)
