Our client is a next generation specialist diamond jeweller that boasts unrivalled access to over 70% of the world’s diamonds. Their accolades include the 2017 Professional Jeweller Award and 2017 Online Retailer of the Year. 

They are now looking for an eCommerce Manager to join their dedicated team in London.

You will have the chance to help shape our client’s online offering, deliver key projects and share your expertise with a highly creative team. 

The Role 

As the eCommerce Manager, you will oversee the company’s data, UX, CRO, CRM, content and social media activities. 

Leading a team of Digital Designers, a Marketing Executive and a Marketing Intern, you will: 

- Report to the rest of the senior management team 

- Own the design and development roadmap 

- Execute the CRM strategy 

- Manage all agency partnerships 

- Act as a champion of data and analysis 

About You 

To be considered as an eCommerce Manager, you will need:

- In-house eCommerce experience 

- Experience of CRM management and implementation 

- Marketing and digital strategy experience 

- Exceptional communication skills
