Project Manager / Technical Account Manager (Retail IT Technology). Utilise and develop your Project Manager / Technical Account Manager skills within a friendly, supportive and collaborative company that offer flexible working opportunities. This role will require you to work on client sites across London a couple of days a week.

Market leading retail company is seeking a client facing Project Manager / Technical Account Manager to take responsibility for services provided to customers and to be the technical first point of contact for key retail accounts throughout the UK. You will be responsible for building roadmaps, gathering requirements for feature improvements, handling and planning upcoming releases and deployment activities.

Based in Brentford, you will be joining a successful company that offer a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.

Requirements:

*Strong project management skills

*Experience in retail IT (buy or sell side)

*Experience working with IT systems and ideally have a technical support / networking / infrastructure background

*Customer service orientated

*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

*Strong communication skills
