Are you a Maintenance Supervisor/ Manager with a background in manufacturing, looking to play an integral and leading role within an already successful company?

On offer is a pivotal role for this prominent food supplier where you will be responsible for the management of a team of professionals and for the realisation of the departments' plans for excellence and improvement.

This company are an award winning, major UK and international food manufacturer and aim to keep developing whilst maintaining their position as an industry leader. They offer continuous development and training in a number of areas within the role.

This would suit an ambitious Maintenance Supervisor/ Manager with an electrical and manufacturing background.

The Role:

- Management of a team of 7 Engineers

- Maximising production efficiencies

- Training on all systems

The Person:

- You will ideally have electrical experience within a manufacturing environment

-Previous experience within management is necessary

- Looking to help drive a business forward whilst earning a great salary
