An excellent role on offer for a Senior Developer who is looking to advance their career into a Head of Development role, where you will spearhead the growth of the business and you will work alongside key blue chip clients.

Established over 10 years ago this company are a specialist marketing and advertising consultancy. They work alongside a number of blue chip companies and they have a good reputation within their industry. Due to continued success over the past 10 years they are looking to recruit a Head of Development who take control of the development department.
In this role you will lead and manage a team of 4 developers to ensure that day to day operations of the business are met. You will also be hands on where you will test and develop specialist products. You will mentor and train each individual in order for them to become a specialist in this industry.
This role would ideally suit a Senior Developer who is looking to advance their career, where you will work with some of the biggest names in this industry and you will work on technically challenging projects.
The Role:
* Leading and managing a small team
* Development and mentoring
* Need to have Golang and JavaScript experience
* Development of business applications used across the FS sector.

The Person:
* Looking to spearhead the Development side of the business
* Some senior or leadership experience
* Ability to work with SVN and GIT
