A fast growing and successful company based in London is seeking a Front End Developer (React)to join its rapidly expanding team as part of this company’s growth plans from super start-up to industry leader. This is a great opportunity to work in FinTech with Blockchain technology, to learn new technologies / development languages and to work with the best in the business. If you can bring previous experience in JavaScript React, this great opportunity will enable you to work alongside a highly skilled technical team and with some of the latest technology, concepts and methodologies. You will work closely with full stack developers and the DevOps teams delivering front end / UI / UX on a range of projects. You will also gain exposure to middle tier business logic and persistence (DB and infrastructure components) giving you the opportunity to build on your skill set while delivering new UI / UX capability into a platform underpinned by Blockchain technology. In addition to JavaScript React development, as the Front End Developer (React) you will gain exposure to the following so willingness to learn is key: Knowledge of infrastructure as code.Distributed ledger technology (Ethereum).Distributed concepts.Financial services or commodities.AWS / Azure. To be a successful Front End Developer you will have the following skills and experience: Be flexible but with a core skillset in enterprise JavaScript React, HTML, CSS.Able to learn and adapt quickly to multiple languages and technologies.An eye for design and desire to drive a great experience.Have some experience in an Agile / XP environment (and associated tools).Experience with CI / Automation (desirable, not essential).A Computer Science or Engineering graduate (desirable, not essential).
