Online Product Support Executive

You'll provide support for various Online Legal products within a dedicated support team. Responsibilities

* Support customers with the tracking product and system troubleshooting queries.

* Provide expertise on the product to stakeholders and clients

* Provide customer training on content creation and system administration.

* Support internal stakeholders such as Sales and Marketing teams.

Essential Criteria

* 2:1 degree in related discipline

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to multi-task and work at pace

* Ability to communicate higher level technical information to non-technical customers

Desirable Criteria

* Experience supporting software products

* Experience working in a legal department, legal technology, or general tech company

* European language skills other than English
