Day to day duties:

Be the Scrum and DSDM approach/framework owner and SME in the team, able to answer questions and challenges related to the Agile approach and its operational application

Support the team (removing noise) and garner support (remove impediments)

Lead communication to negotiate, persuade and challenge the business when required and where necessary to support the Agile approach

Own all project management and project delivery governance and processes.

Champion the agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) within the team, ensure that Agile principles are practiced by peers and understood by stakeholders.

Build a culture of trust and no-blame within the team.

Required skills:

Scrum Master Certification

Previous development or project management experience in a web/software delivery capacity

Enjoys working with people (facilitating, motivating and collaborating)

Strong decision making ability

Excellent communicator
