Incremental Group is a high growth digital technology business based in various locations around the UK. We are looking for a number of experienced CRM Consultants to join our growing team.

You will play a critical part in building our Enterprise vision and grow this practice through the delivery of high profile and high value Dynamics CRM/365 projects.

Overview of the role

Our Consultants (Dynamics CRM/365) will utilise their skills and expertise to:

» Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/365 system;

» Advise customers on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes;

» Assist clients with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing;

» Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching;

» Design and test customisations to the Dynamics CRM/365 system;

» Participate in go-live stages of the project;

» Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager;

» Carry out pre-sales engagements, building a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and business challenges, building and delivering demonstrations of solutions.

What you bring to Incremental Group

As a Consultant you will have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills coupled with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, delivering a wide range of services to our customers.

In addition, you will possess skills and expertise in the following areas:

» Significant experience with CRM systems, CRM 2011, CRM 2013, CRM 2015, CRM 2016;

» Customer facing and stakeholder management;

» Facilitating customer meetings;

» Designing solutions;

» Creating documentation;

» Communication (written and verbal);

» Design and delivery functional elements, e.g. customise and configure without code;

» Design and validation of technical elements, e.g. extending with code;

» Testing and validation of solutions.

As a Technical Consultant in addition to above skills, you will possess technical expertise in the following areas:

» Designing and delivering technical elements, e.g. extending with code;

» Extending server side, e.g. plugins, custom workflow activities;

» Extending client side, e.g. web resources, form script;

» Skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript;

» Integrations with other applications;

» ASP.NET web development;

» Azure (not essential, however highly desirable).
