QA Test ArchitectQuality Assurance, C#, Java, Selenium, TDD, BDD, ATDD, OOP, Agile, Scrum, Ranorex, UI£65,000 - £80,000 per annum plus benefits, Central LondonThe CompanyMy client is a leading global ecommerce company specialising in online entertainment.The RoleMy client is looking for industry-wide hands on management experience in the QA Testing space. You will be guiding a team full of technical experts, assisting with the design and development of test architecture including the test automation framework. You will also be responsible for the implementation of the latest technology, driving towards continuous integration and delivery.Your main responsibilities will be:

'€¢Collaboration with both testing and development team members.'€¢Architectural implementation of robust test automation processes.'€¢Provide technical leadership and guidance.'€¢Ensuring that the test team's collaboration provides continuous performance Improvement.'€¢Further development of staff and ability to upskill new employees when needed.'€¢Upholding responsibility for current projects with integrity.'€¢Proactive analysis with current processes and practices.

Essential Skills

'€¢High level of understanding with TDD, BDD, ATDD, Agile and Scrum Methodology's.'€¢Ability to write Integrated UI tests.'€¢Hands on management experience.'€¢Ability to build test automation frameworks from scratch using C# or Java.'€¢Proficient commercial use of Selenium Webdriver, Coded UI and Ranorex.'€¢Extensive experience in testing Web or Windows.'€¢Continuous integration and delivery of industry wide tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Etc.'€¢Maturity, Accountability and Integrity of the highest degree.'€¢High level of proactive behaviour, the ability to take initiative and lead by example.

Desirables

'€¢Experience of using Team City / Octo Deploy / Stash / Jira / Visual Studio.'€¢ISTQB Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst Certification.'€¢Release management experience.'€¢Experience of using Test Complete.'€¢Understanding of Infrastructure / Dev Ops.'€¢Excellent attention to detail.
