Senior Systems Analyst / Engineer- Are you passionate implementing and maintaining enterprise applications, servers and computer systems? Are looking to work for a company passionate about providing the best possible service to their industry then this is an unreal job opportunity for you!

Located in heart of Dublin with excellent open plan offices, my client is seeking to hire a seasoned Senior Engineer to join their expanding team. They have an excellent on-boarding / training programme so you will be up to speed and be productive quickly.

You will work in a fun and friendly team global team. Collaborative working environment working on support their internal 800+ users.

You will work on Monitoring and maintaining the global Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop farms including Storefront, delivery controllers, Desktop Director and SCOM. Respond to system and application notifications alerts and Tier 2/3 level support.

The main project you will work on when joining is an implementation of Windows 10.

What you need to gain and Interview:

Experience with Citrix and supporting XenApp and XenDesktop platforms running version 5.x/6.x/7.x Working with Enterprise systems with Windows Server 2008/2012.

What you will get to work with:

XenApp and XenDesktop platforms running version 5.x/6.x/7.x

Virtual desktops utilizing PVS and/or MCS in a VMware environment

Citrix StoreFront serving traditional (desktop) and mobile device types in a NetScaler environment

Citrix Receiver for traditional and mobile device types.

Microsoft Server Active Directory environment performing installations and upgrades

Enterprise systems (Windows Server 2008/2012, System Centre 2012)

Cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Citrix Cloud) and MFA/SAML platforms highly desirable

WEM and App Layering

Network applications (IP, TCP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, IAS, IIS, etc.)
