£591.50 per day.

Telford, UK (must be able to work on site.)

The Lead Integration Architect will be responsible for the E2E Integration design from inception to delivery, working with other Architects across the Central Government organisations functional areas making sure all architecture viewpoints are within the design. E.g, infrastructure/cloud, data, security, business and operations.

Must have experience working with senior managers across IT and business, must be customer focused and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Capable of talking to technical and non-technical individuals to gather project and strategic, functional and non-functional requirements. Must have experience creating and governing principles, standards, patterns and best practices.

Essential Experience:

* Impeccable communication skills, both oral and written.

* Strong presentation skills to present technology solutions to stakeholders.

* Strong Enterprise and software Architect skills.

* Experience in designing and implementing Java/JEE and/or .NET based applications including JavaScript based UI frameworks.

* Experience with using XML, XSD, JSON and other data payload formats.

* Experience with Agile software development practices and tools.

* Experience mentoring and leading team members.

* Strong experience in enterprise application integration including SOA, BPM, APIs, Web Services (SOAP/RESTful), Micro Services and Containerization.

Desired Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

* Strong experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google or Hybrid) architecture designs and implementations.

* Experience in DevOps stack (CI/CD) and other dependency management and build tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, Ant and Ivy.

* Experience in data architecture and design across ETL, DWH and Analytics, Big Data, Hadoop, SQL and NOSQL databases.
