1st Line Support Analyst

One of our top Technology Delivery Service Clients is seeking a support analyst to join their on-site team. You will be responsible for providing both software and hardware, via remote and desk-side support, within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will be the first point of contact for up to 1500 internal users.

Due to the nature of the clients work candidates must hold valid SC Clearance. Unfortunately applicants without current valid SC clearance will be unable to be considered for the position.

1st Line Support Analyst duties will include but not limited to:

*Supporting users with software and hardware issues

*Installing pre-defined computer 'images' onto desktops and laptops

*Installing/re-installing applications on to PC's

*Perform diagnostic duties

*Manage hardware repairs

*Create support tickets, and update call management systems

*Provide simple patching and cabling diagnostic services

*Performing laptop rollouts

*Supporting users with Active Directory issues

*Meeting SLA requirements

1st Line Support Analyst will be required to possess knowledge of:

*A basic knowledge of SCCM

*Good knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 2010

*Ability to appreciate meeting SLA and able to manage time effectively, prioritising tickets

*Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support

*Proven experience of working with Active Directory

*Manual installations, handovers and user end-training

*Providing deskside and phone support

*SC Clearance

With a salary on offer of up to £26,000 this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has IT Support experience and looking to progress within an organisation.
