Business Analyst - Gaming/Gambling Company - Permanent - London

My client are a market leading online gaming and gambling company, based in Central London. With an emphasis and focus on the customer journey and customer satisfaction they have established themselves as a leading provider of first class entertainment across streams such as betting, casino, bingo, poker etc. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their delivery team and improve business processes throughout the organisation by providing insight into the needs of the business.

What you will be doing:

You will build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and politely challenge the status quo. You will be an integral part of the BA team and support the development of the team's objectives and KPIs. You will work individually or with another BA/Project Manager on medium/large scale projects or programmes, serving as an intermediary between the customer community and the software development team by evaluating information gathered from different sources.

What you will have:

* Experience in an Agile environment

* Proven experience as a BA/Product Owner

* Proficient with Visio, XMind and JIRA to deliver various outputs

* Knowledge and/or experience with DSDM

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Self starter/proactive with ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Experience leading complex projects
