Service Desk Analyst (1st / 2nd support)

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing superior customer service and quality technical support as the first point of contact for internal employees as well as external collaborative business partners. As a member of the IT Service Desk team, the Service Desk Analyst will participate for their call logging system using Remedy. You will bring with you a minimum experience of 1 to 2 years for this role.

*Logging Incidents/Requests that are issued to the Service Desk over the phone or via email

*Calls will be around Active Directory, Exchange and adding users to groups etc so experience in this is essential.

*Maintaining the rapport with Customers by displaying a detailed understanding of their support requirements

*Maintain high levels of incident ownership through the incident lifecycle to a satisfactory Customer resolution

*Proactively manage updates to all parties with Incident/Requests statuses through to resolution

*Understand and proactively operate the escalations procedure

*Completing administrative tasks, including checking voicemails, logging and progressing Change Requests and Internal Change processes.

*They operate a shift system Mon-to Fri between 7.30 am to 6 pm. Shifts are 7.30am to 3.30pm / 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6.
