An industry leading SaaS business, already a market leader in the UK, with the potential to dominate the customer payment solutions and IVR services technology space internationally, is seeking a Channel Partner Executive to join is rapidly expanding team, working together as a business to underpin the company’s planned and massive growth programme. This is a vital role in continuing to build and further develop ever stronger relationships with customers and increase revenues and comes with a competitive salary, full training and genuine long term career opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Channel Partners, the successful Executive will have the following responsibilities: Establishing and building a trusting, welcoming relationship with representatives by calls, emails, and a developing systemised approach to engaging with the network.Monitoring revenues and actively establishing how these may be increased through greater collaborative effort.Keeping up to date with developments, opportunities, challenges, meetings etc. both in the channel and in-company, with an eye on potential immediate or longer term commercial, revenue earning opportunities.Competently and knowledgably advising clients on services that best fulfil their requirements, undergoing full assessments and analysis of their needs.Organising activities including webinars, events and training days to drive referral leads.Assisting other clients by providing them with additional collateral whenever requested and offering services and advice on how to grow their business using existing internal resources and services.Identifying and engaging new Channel Partners who fit with the company’s strategy. The successful Executive will have some special qualities, including: Being business and revenue focused.Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills with a generally engaging personality.Demonstrate previous success in a sales or account management role, ideally a distribution or key account role.Possess high standards for execution with excellent attention to detail on all matters.Able to present, train and deliver materials and workshops as necessary to the network.Be able to persuade, challenge, negotiate and create ‘win : win’ situations. Comprehensive training will be provided to the Executive on the company’s products and services to enable successful candidates to fully engage with Channel Partners. In return, the Executive will receive a salary of £20,000 to £23,000 per annum plus a KPI bonus (to be agreed).
