PMO Planner

Leeds

FTC 6 Months initially

£40k - £45k

The PMO Planner will be required to report directly to the PMO Manager, the PMO planner will provide support in the management, assurance, and delivery of the ways of working transformation programme plan. They are needing a PMO Planner who has experience of working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels. This PMO Planner will also be responsible to pro-actively work with project managers and workstream leads on the programme to drive the production and maintenance of the programme plan.

The required skills for this PMO Planner:

* Minimum of three years working in a PMO environment, preferably as a project or programme planner

* 3+ years working on large transformation programmes

* Experience of using project planning tools, preferably MS Project

* Strong knowledge within Excel MS project and other planning tools

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Experience in communicating and presenting to the senior management

This is an exciting opportunity for an PMO Planner to join a prestigious client in Leeds who are going through a large ways of working transformation programme.

* Experience of using project planning tools, preferably MS Project

* Develop appropriate processes for planning resources across the portfolio

* Ensure any planning assumptions are logged in line with PMO standards

* Provide support at project initiation, facilitating planning workshops and setting up project plans as needed
