Working as the Senior Performance Test Manager you deliver performance testing services to the Company’s top tier client base.

Your duties and responsibilities as the Senior Performance Test Manager will involve managing teams and projects from end-to-end, planning, scripting and executing performance tests using a variety of tools on your own and in a team.

As the Senior Performance Test Manager, you will be given the tools you need to advance your skills and experience, while developing a rewarding career and adding true value to your clients.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities include:

                     Manage teams and provide leadership on projects

                     Develop and implement risk based performance testing

                     Deliver information to senior project stakeholders and the technical team in a format they can understand

                     Setup application and system monitoring to identify performance bottlenecks

                     Adhere to the Company’s high standard of delivery even in tight deadlines

                     Solve complex technical problems

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

                     Proven experience managing and delivering performance test solutions with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter or SilkPerformer etc.

                     A proven track record in leading/managing successful teams

                     Experienced with the major APM Tools (Dynatrace, NewRelic etc.)

                     Understands the difference between client side and server side performance

                     Understands using Workload Analysis to produce an accurate Workload Model

                     The ability to pick up new tools and techniques quickly

                     You don't just record and replay

                     Source control your test assets

                     Confident and proud of the scripts you write
