My client, a top tier bank, is currently looking for a Senior Contract Manager to work on a high-profile regulatory programme in London.

The Contract Manager will be engaging with Business Subject Matter Experts to write and negotiate Intra Group Agreement (IGA) Service Schedules as part of the Ring Fenced Bank programme which is a regulatory programme separating the investment bank from all other entities. The service schedules are similar to standard outsourcing agreements.

Experience needed:

- Banking/Insurance experience essential

- Experience of contract negotiation and drafting is essential

- Experience of working with commercial or internal contracts

- Sourcing, Procurement or Contract Management experience essential
